SiRuiPu, a well-known domestic analog chip company, disbanded its MCU team

SiRuiPu, a well-known domestic analog chip company, announced the dissolution of its MCU team on October 28. The team has about dozens of people, some of whom are employees of the MCU R&D team in China that was previously laid off by Texas Instruments (TI). SiRuiPu entered the MCU market in 2021 and invested 200 million yuan to develop high-performance and highly integrated MCU products. However, due to the fierce competition in the domestic MCU market and serious product homogeneity, the dissolution of SiRuiPu's MCU team has brought more uncertainty to the market.
