Didi’s autonomous driving financing history

In May 2020, Didi Autonomous Driving completed a $525 million Series A financing round, with investors including SoftBank Vision Fund and Didi itself; in January 2021, Didi Autonomous Driving completed a $300 million strategic investment, with investors including IDG Capital, CPE, Paulson, etc.; in May of the same year, Didi Autonomous Driving received a strategic investment of more than $300 million, of which GAC Group invested $200 million. At that time, Didi disclosed that Didi still held 70.4% of the shares in the autonomous driving company, and the overall valuation of the autonomous driving company reached $3.4 billion.
