Freya Hella maintains stable performance in the automotive lighting industry

Hella, founded in 1899, is a world-renowned developer, manufacturer and distributor of automotive lighting and electronic products. It has 10 automotive lighting R&D bases and 17 automotive lighting production bases worldwide. In January 2022, French automotive parts company Faurecia acquired 79.5% of Hella's shares. Later, the two parties announced that the new group name after the merger would be Faurecia, and the two parties would maintain the independent operation of the two companies with the original brands. Sales in 2023 reached 7.954 billion euros, and adjusted EBIT was 464 million euros.
