Domestic SerDes chip manufacturers are developing rapidly

Driven by the huge potential of the domestic market, local SerDes chip manufacturers are developing rapidly. At present, more than 20 chip manufacturers have entered the field of automotive SerDes, and have received strong support from automakers and capital such as NIO, GAC, and Changan. For example, Renxin Technology has successfully mass-produced the first high-performance automotive SerDes chip using 22nm process; Ruifa Technology has launched an automotive SerDes chip that supports a single-channel forward transmission rate from 2Gbps to 12.8Gbps; Ruitai Micro is steadily moving towards its mass production goal by the end of 2024; Jinglue Semiconductor plans to launch China's first automotive SerDes product based on the ASA protocol; Kangzhi's first-generation automotive-grade chip has been successfully mass-produced; Inna Micro has developed an automotive SerDes product that supports a maximum transmission rate of 12.8Gbps.
