Nvidia's acquisition of OctoAI to be reviewed by the U.S. Department of Justice

According to reports, if Nvidia successfully acquires OctoAI, it will face scrutiny from the U.S. Department of Justice. This is because OctoAI has close cooperative relationships with some of Nvidia's competitors. OctoAI mainly sells software that can improve the efficiency of AI models. According to the letter sent by the company to shareholders, Nvidia proposed to acquire the company for approximately US$165 million (approximately RMB 1.171 billion), hoping to enhance its software and cloud computing service capabilities through this acquisition.
