Visteon reports strong third quarter results

In the third quarter of this year, Visteon achieved strong net sales of US$980 million, outperforming the market by 6 percentage points, thanks to the market's transition to software-defined cars; gross profit was US$131 million, compared with US$143 million in the same period last year; adjusted EBITDA was US$119 million, compared with US$128 million in the same period last year; net profit was US$39 million, compared with US$66 million in the same period last year; adjusted net profit fell US$4 million year-on-year to US$63 million.
