BYD's third quarter financial report is impressive, and new energy vehicle sales continue to grow

On October 30, BYD released its third-quarter financial report. The report shows that in the first three quarters of this year, the company achieved revenue of 502.251 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.94%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 25.238 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.12%. In the third quarter, BYD achieved revenue of 201.125 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.04%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 11.607 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.47%. This is the first time that BYD's quarterly revenue has exceeded Tesla. In the first three quarters of this year, my country's new energy vehicle sales reached 8.32 million units, a year-on-year increase of 32.5%. BYD's new energy vehicle sales have also continued to rise. In September this year, BYD's monthly sales increased by 45.6% year-on-year to 419,400 units, setting a new record. In the first nine months of this year, the company's cumulative new energy vehicle sales were approximately 2.7479 million units, a year-on-year increase of 32.13%.
