Sanan Optoelectronics: Hunan Sanan's SiC MOSFET for the automotive market has been introduced into reliability verification at key new energy vehicle customers. The first phase of the production line of Suzhou SCO Semiconductor, a joint venture established with Ideal Auto, has been put into production, and the C sample of the full-bridge power module has been delivered. It is expected that product verification will be completed in the second half of this year, and the module is expected to enter mass production in 2025.
