Dongwei Semiconductor launches 1200V silicon carbide MOSFET, and its third-quarter performance has steadily improved

Dongwei Semiconductor achieved revenue of 261 million yuan in the third quarter of 2024, a year-on-year increase of 10.17%. The company has successfully developed the first and second generation 1200V silicon carbide MOSFET products, passed reliability testing, and started to receive customer orders.
