Equity distribution of Geely Auto's new joint venture

According to the announcement, after the completion of the transaction, Geely Group, Chongqing Mai Chi, Qianli Partnership, Lotus Robotics and the employee incentive platform will respectively own 30%, 30%, 30%, 5% and 5% of the equity of the joint venture.
