GEM plans to sell part of its stake in ECOPRO MAT

GEM recently announced that it plans to sell no more than 2,022,074 shares of ECOPRO MATERIALS (ECOPRO MAT for short) held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, accounting for 3% of its total share capital, through trading methods permitted by the Korea Exchange. This move aims to maximize shareholder value, optimize the company's asset structure, improve asset liquidity and utilization efficiency, and meet the company's funding needs for building a green nickel resource park in Indonesia.
