According to the original plan, the project will move in equipment in January 2025, achieve mass production in July 2025, and reach full production by the end of 2026. The main business of Changfei Advanced Wuhan Base is the research and development and production of third-generation semiconductor power devices, with a total investment of more than 20 billion yuan. The base covers an area of ​​about 229,400 square meters and a construction area of ​​about 301,500 square meters, including facilities such as wafer manufacturing plants and packaging plants.
