It is expected to hold a machine entry ceremony on November 26, and installation work will begin on December 1. TSMC did not respond directly to the news, but said that the wafer fab has been progressing well since construction began in 2022, and the necessary public infrastructure has been established. At the same time, TSMC also emphasized that their 2nm process technology research and development is progressing smoothly, and its performance and yield have reached the planned plan, and even some performance has exceeded expectations. It is expected that the 2nm process will officially enter the mass production stage in 2025, and its mass production curve is expected to be similar to that of the 3nm process.
