Xiaomi Motors completes organizational restructuring of smart driving team to accelerate mass production solution development

Faced with the pressure of industry competition, Xiaomi Motors has carried out a new round of organizational structure adjustments for the intelligent driving team. The original two secondary departments of "perception" and "regulation and control" have been merged into the "end-to-end algorithm and function department", which is responsible for the development of mass production solutions, with the goal of achieving the delivery of end-to-end intelligent driving within the year. At the same time, the "autonomous driving" team, which was originally responsible for pre-research work, has also received attention and is simultaneously promoting the development and implementation of L3/L4 autonomous driving products.
