OpenAI partners with Broadcom and TSMC to develop first in-house chip

OpenAI is reportedly working with Broadcom and TSMC to build its first internal chip to power its artificial intelligence systems, and is considering introducing AMD chips as an alternative to Nvidia chips to meet its growing infrastructure needs.
