FAW-Volkswagen and Lizhong Group jointly launched a new aluminum alloy material project

The joint R&D project "Integrated Die-casting Heat-free Aluminum Alloy Material" between FAW-Volkswagen and Lizhong Alloy Group was officially launched on September 10, 2024. The project aims to develop a new aluminum alloy material with high strength, high toughness, low carbon emissions and recyclability, suitable for integrated die-casting body structural parts. This cooperation will make full use of Lizhong Alloy Group's R&D achievements in the field of aluminum alloy materials, and is committed to increasing the proportion of recycled aluminum, thereby reducing carbon emissions at the raw material level. In addition, the project will also provide a variety of customized services to meet customers' needs for high-performance, environmentally friendly materials.
