Jingtong Semiconductor completes 60 million yuan Pre-A round of financing to accelerate the development of GaN power devices

On September 19, Jingtong Semiconductor announced that it had successfully completed a Pre-A round of financing of 60 million yuan, with investors including SAIF Partners, angel investors and oversubscription by existing shareholder GRC Fuhua Capital. The company plans to use the funds to expand its product portfolio and accelerate the introduction of customer solutions to meet growing market demand.
