Xidi Zhijia completes RMB 300 million Series B financing

Changsha Intelligent Driving Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xidi Zhijia"), an intelligent driving R&D company, recently completed its Series B financing with a total amount of 300 million yuan. This round of investment was led by old shareholder Xinding Capital, with additional investment from old shareholders such as Lenovo Star and Baidu Venture Capital, and followed by strong investors such as Chuanghe Huimao, Gandao, Xingxiang, and Wolong. In January this year, Xidi Zhijia just completed a financing of 300 million yuan jointly led by Yuelu Zhixin and Xinding Capital. This is the second financing transaction completed by Xidi Zhijia within three months this year, which shows the enthusiasm of capital for intelligent driving. In 2020, Xidi Zhijia won the bid for Changsha’s "Leader Plan" (i.e., Changsha Smart Car and Smart Transportation Integration Industry Leader Plan) to transform 72 bus routes in Changsha. By the end of 2020, Xidi Zhijia had completed the intelligent networking transformation of 2,072 buses. It has greatly alleviated the pressure on public transportation.
