AMD announces third quarter financial report, with record revenue

AMD released its third-quarter financial report. In the third quarter, AMD's revenue increased by 18% year-on-year to $6.82 billion, setting a record high. According to GAAP standards, AMD's net profit in the third quarter soared 158% year-on-year to $770 million. After deducting equity incentives and one-time expenses, Non-GAAP net profit increased by 19% year-on-year to $1.504 billion.
