About Boray Technology

Shanghai Boray Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Boray Technology") was established in 2015. The company received strategic investment from SPIC in 2021 and became a member of SPIC's green electricity transportation ecosystem. Direction setting (2016-2019): In the early days of entrepreneurship, Boray Technology had technical capabilities such as drones and unmanned vehicles. It cooperated with DJI for drones and Luoyang Molybdenum for unmanned vehicles. This stage was mainly based on project-based technical cooperation. After comprehensively evaluating the commercial prospects of drones and unmanned mining vehicles, it chose unmanned mining vehicles as the main direction of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship model (2019-2020): Based on Luoyang Molybdenum's seed customers, Boray Technology's model at this stage was mainly technology output, providing autonomous driving technology solutions for mining areas and equipment manufacturers. With the deepening of the industry, it also launched smart mining solutions, trying to realize monetization in the form of technical services. Product development (2020-2023): After the smart mining solution had a certain influence, Boray began to upgrade to unmanned equipment. Gradually cooperate with Weichai Special Vehicle, State Power Investment Corporation, Chongqing Hongzhuan and other companies to develop unmanned mining car products with integrated charging and battery replacement.
