Tiejiangjun focuses on the research and development, design, production and sales of automotive and motorcycle body safety electronic products. It provides intelligent body domain controllers (BDC) and peripherals, smart/Bluetooth/Ultra-Wideband (UWB) digital key systems, driver assistance systems (TPMS/RPA/AVAS) and other products and services. Tiejiangjun Industrial Park is located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, with multiple intelligent manufacturing centers, equipped with multiple industry-leading automated production lines, and strict and standardized quality control capabilities. It cooperates with many OEMs. 3 major R&D centers (Zhongshan, Shenzhen, Wuhan), 3 major product lines (body domain controllers and peripherals, smart & digital key systems, driver assistance systems), more than 200 R&D engineers, of which more than 50% have more than 10 years of work experience in the industry; completely independent hardware, software, structure and packaging design and development capabilities, complete development and testing processes and test verification equipment, will obtain ASPICE-2 certification in 2022, and support AUTOSAR software architecture. It has the technical capabilities to develop CAN, LIN, FBL, Bluetooth communication, low-frequency communication, USB, UWB ultra-wideband, 2G/4G communication, etc. It has obtained more than 1,000 patents at home and abroad. As of 2021, the intelligent body controller series products have produced and shipped 5 million sets, and the AK1 standard ultrasonic sensor automated production line will produce more than 7 million PCS in 2022.
