According to industry sources, the silicon carbide modules of IDM manufacturer Silan Microelectronics have been recognized by Geely Automobile. At the same time, facing the price war and cost pressure of OEMs, as well as the gradual increase in 8-inch silicon carbide production capacity, domestic automakers have begun to lower prices in the silicon carbide industry chain and demand lower costs for silicon carbide modules.
