Apollo to form investment relationship with Intel

Apollo Global Management already has an investment relationship with Intel. In June, Apollo acquired a 49% stake in the parent company of Intel's Irish factory for $11 billion. The factory is Intel's first large-scale production plant for Intel 4 process products using EUV lithography technology. The deal gives Intel the opportunity to redeploy some of its investment to provide more funds for its expansion of its factory network.
