Infineon supplies SiC modules and MCUs for C16 smart electric vehicles

Infineon Technologies AG announced that it will supply a variety of products including silicon carbide (SiC) HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ power modules and AURIX™ microcontrollers for Leapmotor's newly released C16 smart electric vehicle. The traction inverter equipped with Infineon's CoolSiC power module can further improve the performance and system reliability of electric vehicles.
