He is a founding member of Baidu's American Research Institute and the chief architect of Baidu's driverless car team. CTO Lou Tiancheng graduated from Tsinghua University’s Yao Family Class. He previously worked at Google and Baidu. He is a member of Baidu’s American Research Institute and the youngest T10-level employee at Baidu. CFO Lawrence Stein (resigned) holds a master's degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Harvard University. He is a senior financial industry executive and former vice chairman of JPMorgan Chase's investment bank. COO Wang Haojun holds a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Southern California. He has worked at IBM Silicon Valley Lab and Baidu's US R&D center. Li Hengyu, head of the Pony.com business unit, received his undergraduate and master's degrees in computer science from Sichuan University.
