Huawei's Automotive BU is fully prepared for independence

Although Huawei's Automotive BU has achieved profitability in the first half of the year, it remains cautious about team expansion. Most of Huawei's Automotive BU teams in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Shenzhen only allow internal transfers and recruit ODs (informal staff), and very few teams are open to social recruitment.
