AutoX's first generation in 2017 only used a 360-degree camera. In 2018, the second generation added lidar, and initially commercialized trial operations and food delivery. In 2020, the fourth generation was equipped with a full set of sensors and a self-developed XCU domain controller, and is aimed at mass production. In July 2021, AutoX Gen5 high-definition sensor + electronic and electrical architecture, with no one in the car, truly fully unmanned driving, 28 automotive-grade cameras throughout the body, which can achieve full redundancy and achieve fully unmanned driving at all angles, regardless of day or night and all lighting conditions.
