Zhongke Xingtu Co., Ltd. announced that it will set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shandong, Zhongke Xingtu Low-altitude Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, focusing on low-altitude technology comprehensive application system integration, low-altitude data processing and other businesses. At the same time, the company plans to raise RMB 2.5 billion for the low-altitude cloud platform project, Xingtu Cloud aerospace information cloud platform construction project, Xingtu Luoshu defense and public security big data intelligent analysis platform construction project and to supplement working capital.
