Naxin Micro introduces new automotive-grade 4/8-way half-bridge driver NSD360x-Q1 to improve the flexibility of automotive domain control systems

The newly launched NSD3604/8-Q1 series multi-channel half-bridge gate driver chip from Naxin Micro is suitable for the automotive field and can drive at least 4 DC brushed motors. It is suitable for multi-motor or multi-load applications, such as window lifts, electric seats, door locks, electric tailgates and proportional valves. The chip has a wide operating voltage, low power mode, 16-bit 10MHZ SPI communication and comprehensive diagnostic protection functions, and has passed AEC-Q100 certification.
