Bosch Automotive Electronics establishes silicon carbide power module production base in Suzhou, China

Bosch Automotive Electronics China (ME-CN) has built a silicon carbide (SiC) power module production base at its Suzhou Plant 5, and successfully rolled off the first batch of products in January 2025. This move not only marks an important step for Bosch in the global silicon carbide power module manufacturing field, but also improves the response speed of the local market and enhances the competitiveness of Bosch Smart Mobility Group.
