Honeywell announces $2.2 billion acquisition of Sundyne

Honeywell recently announced that it will acquire Sundyne, a leading global pump and compressor manufacturer, for $2.2 billion in an all-cash transaction. Sundyne is known for its high-speed centrifugal pumps and magnetic drive compressor technologies, which are widely used in oil and gas transportation, chemical process control, and aerospace fuel systems in extremely high temperature and high pressure environments.
