Enjie Co., Ltd. established a subsidiary in Malaysia and invested in lithium battery separator project

Enjie Co., Ltd. announced that its holding subsidiary Shanghai Enjie New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. plans to set up a new subsidiary in Malaysia to invest in the construction of a lithium battery separator project. The total investment of the project is expected to be about RMB 2 billion, aiming to enhance the company's overseas business development and market position.
