Vietnam plans to build two more wafer fabs between 2030 and 2040

The Vietnamese government aims to build two more fabs between 2030 and 2040, and then three additional fabs between 2040 and 2050. These new fabs will further enhance Vietnam's position in the global semiconductor industry chain, expanding it from the current packaging and testing links to more upstream chip manufacturing links.
