Mercedes-Benz and BMW to sell FreeNow, a mobility services joint venture

Mercedes-Benz and BMW are trying again to sell their mobility services joint venture FreeNow. People familiar with the matter said that Mercedes-Benz and BMW are working with financial services company Lazard to assess potential buyers' interest in FreeNow, and the deal could be worth up to 500 million euros (about $521 million).
