Haomo Zhixing was founded in 2019. It was formerly the Intelligent Driving System Forwarding Department of Great Wall Motors and was incubated by Great Wall Motors. Zhang Kai, the former director of the Great Wall Intelligent Driving System Development Department, served as chairman. In February 2021, Gu Weihao, the former general manager of Baidu's Intelligent Automobile Division, served as the CEO of Haomo Zhixing. In the field of autonomous driving, Haomo Zhixing has two business lines. One is the passenger car autonomous driving system business that ultimately faces C-end users, and the other is the autonomous driving logistics vehicle business for B-end users. Haomo has established office areas and R&D centers in four cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Baoding, and Shenzhen.
