Northvolt seeks new financing deal to resolve liquidity crisis

Swedish battery maker Northvolt is facing a liquidity crisis and is reportedly in need of a capital injection of around 7.5 billion Swedish kronor ($735 million). To cope with this, the company is conducting a strategic review of its business and negotiating new financing agreements with lending banks and investors.
