Laplace New Energy Technology has reached cooperation with BYD and Basic Semiconductor to provide them with SiC equipment to promote domestic substitution. Laplace was founded in 2016 and focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of high-efficiency photovoltaic cells and semiconductor discrete devices related equipment.
