Si Qiu Chunxin, CEO ng RoboSense, ay nagtapos mula sa School of Mechanical, Electrical and Automation ng Harbin Institute of Technology at isang dalubhasa sa mobile robot na environmental perception technology. Nagtrabaho si COO Qiu Chunchao para sa mga kilalang kumpanya ng management consulting gaya ng Ogilvy China at BoZhong Enterprise Management Consulting. Si Chief Scientist Zhu Xiaorui ay isang associate professor at doctoral supervisor sa Harbin Institute of Technology. Siya ay dating nahalal na chairman ng International Affairs Committee ng International Society of Robotics and Automation at nagsilbi bilang punong siyentipiko at founding director ng DJI Technology. Nagtapos si CTO Liu Letian sa Harbin Institute of Technology.
