TuDaTong CEO Bao Junwei graduated from the Department of Physics of Peking University. He was the former director of Baidu's autonomous driving division and was responsible for the vehicle computing system and sensor team. Bao Junwei has nearly 20 years of work and R&D experience in the field of optical precision measuring instruments and sensors. CTO Li Yimin graduated from Peking University with a degree in quantum electronics. He worked as a core member of the engineering team at Velodyne to develop lidar, and joined Baidu's autonomous driving division in early 2016 as the technical leader of the sensor team to conduct research on various new sensor technologies.
