Wang Shiwei, founder and CEO of Tanwei Technology, holds an undergraduate and doctoral degree from the Department of Precision Instruments at Tsinghua University and was a visiting scholar at the University of Arizona. He used to work at the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and is an expert in the fields of lidar, optical precision measurement and optical design. He has published three papers in top international journals and applied for more than ten patents. CTO Zheng Ruitong, a Ph.D. from the Department of Precision Instruments at Tsinghua University, has more than 10 years of experience in lidar development. He is a pioneer in solid-state lidar and image fusion technology and has published 4 lidar-related papers. COO Shen Luofeng holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Department of Precision Instruments at Tsinghua University, and has served as vice chairman of the Science and Technology Association of the Department of Precision Instruments at Tsinghua University. Proficient in electromechanical product design, fiber laser manufacturing process, and laser ranging system analysis. Applied for 10 national invention patents. Chief Engineer Zhang Zhengjie holds a dual master's degree from Tsinghua University and RWTH Aachen University in Germany. He participated in the Natural Science Foundation project "Research on Aluminum-based Silicon Carbide Cutting". He has many years of experience in special processing and precision manufacturing and was formerly the technical director of CRRC Erqi Equipment Co., Ltd.
