Fuyao Glass's 2024 semi-annual report shows impressive performance, and its leading position in automotive glass is solidified

Fuyao Glass achieved significant performance growth in the first half of 2024, with revenue of 18.34 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.01%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 3.499 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.35%; and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company excluding non-recurring items was 3.689 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.07%. Among them, the second quarter's revenue and net profit both hit record highs. This is mainly due to the company's leading position in the automotive glass industry and the increase in the proportion of high value-added products.
