NIO Holdings adds state-owned shareholders, registered capital increases to 8.257 billion

On March 5, NIO Holdings Co., Ltd. made industrial and commercial changes, adding Hefei Jianxiang Investment Co., Ltd. and Anhui Hi-Tech Yuwen Weiyuan Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) as shareholders, and at the same time increasing the registered capital from approximately RMB 7.857 billion to approximately RMB 8.257 billion.
