Swiss Autoneum Group completes acquisition of 70% equity interest in Jiangsu Huanyu Group

Swiss Autoneum Group has officially completed the acquisition of a 70% majority stake in Jiangsu Huanyu Group, a transaction approved by regulatory authorities. Autoneum Group is a global leading supplier of automotive noise and thermal management, while Jiangsu Huanyu Group is a leading supplier of lightweight components for light and commercial vehicles in China. Through this acquisition, Autoneum Asia Business Group will fully access the supply chain system of all major Chinese automakers and is expected to achieve a significant increase in annual revenue.
