LG Energy Solution wins 981MWh energy storage order in Poland

LG Energy Solution Wrocław, a subsidiary of global battery giant LG Energy Solution, has signed an agreement with Polish state power company PGE Group to build a 262MW/981MWh battery energy storage power station in Żarnowiec, Poland. The total contract value reached 1.555 billion zlotys (about 2.92 billion yuan), and the project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
