In January 2025, the list of the top 15 domestic power battery companies in terms of installed capacity was announced. They include CATL, BYD, Sinovation, Gotion High-tech, Honeycomb Energy, EVE Energy, Ruipu Lanjun, Sunwoda, Jidian New Energy, Zhengli New Energy, Do-Fluoride, Chuaneng New Energy, Yaoning New Energy, Farasis Energy, and Sany Red Elephant. Among them, Chuaneng New Energy and Sany Red Elephant are both on the list for the first time.
