Anfu Technology announced the establishment of a new joint venture dedicated to the research and development of all-solid-state battery technology

Fujian Nanping Nanfu Battery Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Anfu Technology Holdings, will jointly establish a new joint venture with Nanping Green Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. and High Energy Times (Guangdong Hengqin) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The joint venture will focus on the research and development and industrial application of all-solid-state battery technology, with the goal of building a leading domestic all-solid-state battery research and development and application demonstration platform. High Energy Times will hold a 51% stake in the joint venture, Nanping Green Industry Fund will hold a 30% stake, and Nanfu Battery will hold a 19% stake.
