Nissan released new autonomous driving test vehicles at its headquarters in Yokohama, Japan. These test vehicles are based on the Serena MPV and are equipped with 14 cameras, 9 radars and 6 lidar sensors. The biggest breakthrough of Nissan's test this time is concentrated on the Serena model. This is the first time in Japan that a test vehicle has been tested for autonomous driving in a complex urban road environment without a driver in the car.
