Changan Automobile subsidiary Avita Technologies considers listing in Hong Kong

According to people familiar with the matter, Avita Technology, a subsidiary of Changan Automobile, is considering listing in Hong Kong and is expected to submit a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as early as the second half of this year, planning to raise about US$1 billion in funds. An insider of Avita Technology responded that the company has had an independent listing plan since its establishment, but there is no specific implementation plan yet.
