SK Hynix closes its sales company in Shanghai, China, and shifts its focus to Wuxi

South Korean semiconductor company SK Hynix announced the closure of its sales company in Shanghai, China, and the relocation of sales functions to Wuxi. The move is seen as reducing risks from China, such as tariff pressure from the United States. According to the 2024 annual audit report released by SK Hynix, the liquidation of the Shanghai sales legal person was completed at the end of last year, and the book value of 4.938 billion won (24.74 million yuan) in the previous year has been fully liquidated.
