TSMC invites Nvidia and others to establish a joint venture and plans to acquire Intel's foundry

According to four sources, TSMC has proposed cooperation intentions to Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom to jointly invest in a joint venture to operate Intel's wafer foundry. TSMC will be responsible for the operation of the foundry department, but the shareholding ratio will not exceed 50%.
